1. Q: Are u a manufacturer or a trade company ?
A: We are a trading company who have been in this line since 2008, and sometimes we produce in factory too.

2. Q: What is MOQ?
A:  MOQ is negotiable, since we are good at combined container, if for 20ft container, it's around 2-3 tons, and for 40ft containers around 3 tons.

B: the MOQ is also base on packing, if in small packing, sometimes we also can do 0.5 tno or 1 ton, it's negotiable, pls rest assure that.

3. Q: What is your payment term?
For first cooperation, it's better to do TT, after we trust more each other, it's also possible to do DP, LC, it is no proble.

4. Q: How can I get the samples?
A: sample is free after offer confirmed, but the flight cost should be negotiated, since frozen foods need to be delivery with dry ice, the cost is expensive, and the freigh cost can be return if order made.

5. Q: What is your sample  lead time?
around 5 ~ 7 days after offer confirmed.

6 Q: What is your Standard Packaging ?
A: bulk packing is 1x10kgs/ctn,

B: retail packing such as 10x1kg/ctn, 5x2kgs/ctn, 4x2.5kgs/ctn, 20x397g/ctn, all can be base on customers request.

6. Q: How can I do if I receive the bad quality goods?
PLS get me back about the quality after your test, if it's our responsbility, we'll take it for sure.

7. What is your delivery Time?
it base on the packing,

if it's bulk packing, it will be quicker, around 15-20 days after order confirmed or deposit received,

if in retail bag, since plate-making and prin bags will take 15-20 working days, the delivery time will be a little longer, such as 35-40 days.
